WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY?

If unforeseen circumstances require you to cancel, we offer several options for you to complete your project. Since your design is pre-made, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

We are willing to hold your project for up to 60 days, and you may call or email to see if we can fit you into one of our open events or we are happy to package it as a Take N Make kit for you to complete at home. If your project is not painted in studio or claimed within 60 days of the original event date, the project and associated fees will be forfeited.

YOU MAY NOT COMPLETE THE PROJECT AT A PRIVATE FUTURE PAINT EVENT - TAKING UP A PAID SPOT.

INCLEMENT WEATHER CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY?

If severe weather occurs, a judgement call will be made to reschedule the party with no penalty to host/guests so long as the party is rescheduled for a future date within 30 days. We do our best to make this judgement call based on the forecast the day of the event and with as much notice as possible. Cancellation by individual guests, if party is still held is subject to above GUEST CANCELLATION policy unless otherwise agreed upon.
